East and his present and past experience
includes CEO and share holder of Homaco
Cyprus, CEO and share holder of Senso
Group, Executive Vice President,
Director of Operations and shareholder
for New World Catering, Executive Vice
President, Director of Operations and
shareholder, for Arab World Hospitality,
and Vice President Area Manager UK &
Ireland for ITT Sheraton where he
successfully completed various
assignments in Europe, Far East, Middle
East and Latin America.
He holds a Hotel
Management diploma from the Swiss Hotel
Association and a Bachelor of Business
Administration diploma from the
University of London and attended
various management seminars during his
years with ITT Sheraton. He is fluent in
English, Portuguese, Arabic and French,
with good understanding of Italian,
Spanish and German.

Theodoros Kyriakides
Theodoros is a
Greek-Cypriot, responsible for
overseeing the operational activities of
Foodpax Middle East. He has been the
Managing Director responsible for the
development and running of Foodpax
Cyprus for the past 9 years. With more than 15
years experience in the food & catering
industry and International Food Trading
with vast working experience in the Food
Industry in Switzerland, Germany, Greece
and Cyprus. He has a Bachelors Degree
from the Swiss School of Catering, Hotel
& Restaurant Management and is fluent in
English, Greek with good knowledge of
German.
CEO: Antonio
Vitale
Italian and United States
national is the Chief Executive Officer.
He, along with the other board members, leads the
management team that will introduce and
develop Foodpax Middle East in the
Middle East. He has fifteen years of
experience in the catering industry and
through his positions held over the
years, both in the United States and Europe,
he has developed a broad knowledge of the
various aspects of corporate management
and product marketing.
He holds a bachelor
degree from Seton Hall University and
has done graduate work at William
Paterson University and New York
University. He is fluent in English,
Italian, Spanish and has fair knowledge
of French.

Michalis Andreou
Michalis, a Cypriot
national, is a board member and adviser
on all technical and software
communication systems and setup.
He holds a BA (Hons) in
Business Administration from Sunderland
University, and an MSc in Secure
Electronic Commerce from the Royal
Holloway College of the University of
London. He has 10 years work
experience, both in Cyprus and abroad,
and has developed a good knowledge and
expertise in project management,
operations, systems, and Information
Technology.
He is fluent in English and Greek.
Sami Filotheos Zayat.
Sami, a Portuguese
national, is a board member and adviser
with legal and administrative
responsibilities. He holds a
Bachelor degree in
political Science and Law from
Southampton University, United Kingdom.
He is fluent in English and Greek with
a fair understanding of French and Arabic.
Sarah Zayat Andreou
Sarah is a board member and a Cypriot
National. Together with Theodoros
Kyriakides she has been one of the
directors responsible for the growth and
development of Foodpax Cyprus over the
past 9 years. Her 14 year career also
covers management positions in the
Aviation industry. She holds a Bachelor
of Engineering (BEng) in Naval
Architecture and Ocean Engineering from
the University College London (UCL) of
the University of London.
She is fluent in English and Greek, with
a good understanding of Arabic, French
and Italian.
