Established in
1969 by a small group of investors who identified an
opportunity for processing and distributing
unprocessed frozen food within the local wholesale
market with a 100,000 Cyprus Pounds capital. In 1999 Foodpax Cyprus acquired the company
and invested 3.5 million Cyprus Pounds in re-organizing and
improving the product quality and the distribution
service to its customers, by appointing a new
management team that was able to bring up Foodpax
into being the market leader, worth over 20
million Cyprus Pounds.
